Our main lodge, located 25 miles south of Chapleau, sits on the shores of beautiful Five Mile Lake. We have 5 fully equipped cottages and offer 16 foot steel boats, each with swivel seats, paddles, anchors, safety kits and reliable 9.9 h.p. Mercury outboard motors. Five Mile Lake is a fertile body of water offering excellent Walleye fishing, along with Smallmouth Bass as well as Northern Pike fishing.
The many back-lakes in the area offers very good Northern Pike fishing with a couple of the lakes also offering Lake Trout and Walleye angling.
We have two of the best outpost camps in the region with both offering superb fishing opportunities. You can train-in to our outpost on Goldie Lake where you will find excellent Northern Pike and Smallmouth Bass fishing. This secluded location also offers some very good Lake Trout fishing. Our island camp on Wenebegon Lake is a an ATV-in outpost that offers fantastic Walleye fishing, along with Northern Pike fishing as well.
Hunting opportunities are plentiful at our wilderness location. Black Bear, Moose, Grouse and Rabbit hunters have continued to enjoy high success rates. Bring your ATV to explore the many miles of logging roads and trails. The Chapleau Crown Game Preserve, which is the largest preserve in the world, is just to the north of us.
